Sales Manager ( Lubricants)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Based in Singapore, covering the APAC region
• Responsible for Identifying new opportunities for business growth in APAC
• Manage account relationships with key customers stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Actively tracks, contacts, and develops existing and potential accounts, and builds partnerships and relationships with large customers / distributors to maximise value for both parties
• Execute sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue generation
• Analyse and provide market intelligence such as pricing, product trends and competitor movement in the assign region

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1) Min 3 years Experience with Lubricant Sales with good contacts in the region
2) Bachelor Degree or above
3) Self starter , proactive and self motivated and with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
4) Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
5) Ability to develop, maintain and build new relationships with customers, OEMs and Industry bodies.
6) Leverages resources and own networks to achieve goals and objectives
7) Proven abilities of dealing with and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders both within and outside the organization is essential for success in this role
8) Able to travel up to 50% of the tim
