NEU Industries Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in April 2008, distributing medical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
Our products include chemicals, patient trolleys, medical machines, surgical instruments medical pulps consumables, and rehabilitation products. We work closely with end users to design consumable products to meet their needs.
We are headquartered in Singapore and have regional offices in Thailand and Malaysia; thus, NEU Industries is poised to bring forth innovative products and solutions close to hospitals and nursing homes.

SUMMARY:

At NEU Industries, the sales team is the engine that drives the growth of our products within the region. We are seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running through his/her sales skills as well as leading a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We are looking for someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two or more years of experience in a similar position with a strong track record of proven success in driving impressive performance within the organisation.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven, accountable, with integrity and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to travel.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fluent in English and proficient in at least one Asian language
