We are now looking for a results oriented

SALES MANAGER

to enable us meet our ambitious sales targest and continue to grow.
In this role you will focus on system sales of energy storages in Northern Europe. Here our customer base consists mostly of renewable energy project developers and investors. You will truly dive deep into consulting sales, as you must really understand the customers business in order to be able to create a financially and technically beneficial and attractive proposal for the customer - we are selling winning investment concepts!
Sales Manager will be responsible for the e2e sales process - of course with the help of internal stakeholders such as the trading team analytics, legal advisor and marketing. Big part of our sales is inbound, but you will also claim an active role being in contact with references and network, representing Merus Power at fairs and exhibitions, and also being in direct contact with potential partners.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone who already has experience in complex b2b sales. You have a Bachelors or Masters degree e.g. either from financial or technical field. Although our product and services are technical, we believe that with the right mindset and attitude we are able to teach you this side of the role! Deep understanding of financial and business acumen on the other hand are something youd need to have strong expertise in already.
You are courageous and possess certain type of seniority and convincingness as this role really requires ability to lead your own work as well as the challenging client encounters. You are strong communicator in Finnish and in English - or alternatively only in English, in which case you already have strong experience in sales within energy storage business and electrical market. Ideally the job is located in Ylöjärvi or Helsinki, but with the ideal candidate other locations or remote work can be possible scenarios too.
