- defining and implementing appropriate Go To Market model for Hungary (direct sales, distributors, remote sales) ensuring effective and efficient sales management, including sales lead generation, bid and proposal management, sales order management;
- defining and driving needed initiatives in Hungary to develop Value Selling in building and developing relationships with institutions and commercial partners;
- developing and maintaining a network of key opinion leaders and contacts to increase awareness of Mölnlycke as a company as well as our products and services;
- developing and managing sales strategy including forecasting, developing partner/alliance relationships, and setting overall sales budgets and goals;
- attracting, supporting, coaching, inspiring, developing and retaining Talents to could experiment new approaches to improve sales efficiency, based on customer insights.
