Job description 1

SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the real representative of the company in the healthcare world in the country.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong commercial background.
  • Experience working with wholesalers in Austria is a big plus.
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical and wholesale industry.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Experience in pharmacy and doctor targeting and defining reach and frequency as well as call concepts and training programs.
  • Leadership and Team Management Experience (building winning teams).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the entire portfolio.
  • Lead the communication with current and future customers.
  • Determine which are the right choice of pharmacies, wholesalers and healthcare professionals to contact with.
  • Show and teach about to our products to healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams like marketing to acquire right help and materials to get work done effectively.
  • Visit possible new customers and assist to pharmaceutical congresses or events to present our products.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel healthcare and wholesalers in Austria.
  • Negotiate and close agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs.
