QUALIFICATIONS AND ABOUT YOU
- Strong experience of 3-4+ years with sales and sales leadership in a SaaS company.
- Have experience with enterprise and/or sales through large partners and you know how to build partnerships with top-tier lawyers, accountants and DPOs
- You thrive in a high-performance environment and are committed to hitting your personal and company goals.
- You are a role model, showing and doing yourself, and leading by example are crucial to succeed in the role.
- Professional fluency in English and native Polish
- You can work in the HQ office in Aarhus

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start.
- Managing a team of AEs and Partner Managers in our Aarhus location and being responsible for all commercial activities in the Polish market.
- Be hands-on, building and supporting our partner network.
- Closely collaborate with our head of sales devolepment and the Polish SDR team which will support you in getting meetings
- Hands-on support and sparring of the business development, partner and sales team.
- Managing Poland’s inbound channels, and be in close communication with the Marketing team to ensure the right approach in the market
- Improving and scaling sales operations in Poland
