Responsibilities:

This role has been created to maximise profitability through improving performance and strategic growth of the team. With the support of an outstanding brand, strong management team and market-leading brand & systems your focus will be

  • Conduct weekly one on one’s with a diverse sales team of 20+ from Rookies to senior Sales Execs and Business Development Managers (on the Property Management side of the business)
  • Develop strategies and support Agents reach and exceed targets
  • Track agent ‘numbers’ including: prospecting, appraisals, listings, sales and average commission etc
  • Work with Marketing to increase brand awareness and capitalize on opportunities in the market
  • Attend listing presentations, and potentially co-list with less experienced agents as training
  • Take command of compliance, including spot checks and attending and open homes etc
  • Recruitment and on-boarding new sales team members
  • Ensuring the teams have all they need to be a success from an operational perspective
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person
