Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:
The Sales Manager role will focus on the sale of Lease for Life Agreements across SCC WA’s owned and managed Retirement Villages. Whilst this is an autonomous role, it works very closely with the Village Managers, the Refurbishment Team, and Chief Property Officer. Ensuring that all sales activities are following the requirements of the Retirement Village Act, Regulations and Code. SCC WA are also members of the Retirement Living Code of Conduct.
This role is located in Success Village and is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Demonstrated ability to follow risk management strategies, identify and report hazards and adhere to work health and safety policies and procedures
