Sales Manager - Northern New South Wales (12-Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover)
Location: Northern Beaches of Sydney to Byron Bay, Northern New South Wales
Are you passionate about the travel industry and have a knack for sales and account management? TTC Tour Brands, a leader in the travel and tourism sector with brands such as Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver, and Contiki, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to cover the beautiful Northern New South Wales, from the Northern Beaches of Sydney to Byron Bay, on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proven experience in sales management and account management.
  • Experience in the travel industry is desirable
  • Intimate knowledge of travel agency network, distributions chains and key account relationships highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and provide strategic feedback.
  • Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for key accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular contact and support.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to agents via weekly sessions, presentations, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Marketing Collateral Management: Ensure effective use and placement of marketing materials in key account agencies.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and beneficial trade/consumer events.
  • Industry and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries, ensuring timely reporting.
  • Group Business Management: Foster group business from initiation to departure, maintaining agent contact throughout.
  • Budget Management: Manage the Sales Manager budget efficiently, adhering to policies.
