Description:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A proven track record - you’ll have experience in leading successful B2B sales team, within a high volume environment.
- A passion for coaching with a track record of developing talent.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce - how to extract data and get the most out of it to make data informed decisions.
- Any previous experience using outbound dialling platforms/solutions would be a bonus.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales Manager at Tyro you will oversee and lead a team of Sales Development Reps & Sales Associates. You’ll work closely with our Sales Optimisation Manager whilst reporting into the Head of Sales & Customer Success. A large focus will be strengthening your team’s skills and capabilities, driving high performance, process improvements and data hygiene.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide leadership by managing recruiting, KPI setting, training, coaching and performance monitoring of your assigned sales team.
- Ensure activities of the sales team reflect consistent application of process, compliance and methodologies; escalating to Sales Enablement & Head of Sales in the event of any identified gaps.
- Collaborate with Tyro’s Head of Sales & Customer Success to develop sales quotas, revenue targets and growth strategies.
- Implement and execute a strategic sales plan that expands Tyro’s customer base and ensuring it’s strong presence in the market.
- Manage the integrity of sales data in Tyro’s systems and prepare regular & ad-hoc reporting.
- Uphold and contribute to Tyro’s strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work.
