Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Dealer Co-operative Program to support the aligned Deere/Dealer advertising strategy by providing advice and guidance on approved advertising criteria.
  • Ensures dealer campaigns meet legal & Deere compliance requirements and dealer invoices are paid on time.
  • Investigates efficiencies for process improvement to improve dealer experience.
  • Provide support for the Sales and Marketing department by managing the shared mailboxes
  • Personal Assistant to the Managers in the Sales & Marketing Department. This may include meeting preparation, travel plans, processing travel and expenses & department invoices.
  • SME for Sales Incentive bulletin system. This includes training, implementation of new enhancements and supporting the branch to release sales incentive bulletins each month.
  • SME for sales and marketing purchase order creation, miscellaneous invoicing process and monthly budget reconciliation.
  • Assist the business to manage aged/consignment equipment by executing the consignment account audit.
  • Assist the business to manage internal communication channels such as DealerPath and Department SharePoint.
  • Runs monthly reports and prepares dealer packs for Sales & Marketing Managers
  • Assists with developing and sending internal sales & marketing communication
  • Assisting with dealer onboarding to key dealer programs
  • Provides contingent support for marketing inventory collateral process
