ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Solution-Oriented. We tackle every task with high energy to elevate others, make things happen, and finish strong in our pursuit to grow leaders from within.
  • Marketing Strategy for $19.25M Revenue: Develop a marketing strategy that achieves $19.25M revenue, with $4.8M (25%) each from Social/Affiliate, Paid Search, SEO/PR, and Email within 30 days. Implement and execute within 12 months
  • Data-Driven Decision Making :Set up analytics tools and define KPIs for measuring marketing successes, with initial analysis and strategy refinement completed within 30 days.
  • Paid Search and Advertising Efficiency: Maintain ROAS of 15% in paid search campaigns across all channels and increase ad reach by 30% within 60 days.
  • Email Marketing and CRM Optimization: Clean and segment the list of 100k previous customer emails. Launch targeted campaigns within 30 days. Increase email marketing conversion rates by 20% MoM and enhance Salesforce CRM segmentation for targeted marketing within 60 days.
  • Team Leadership and Resource Leveraging: Recruit 2 marketing specialists and onboard 5 contractors for repeatable tasks within 30 days. Develop a comprehensive marketing playbook detailing processes and best practices within 60 days.
  • Sales, Discounts, and Merchandising Coordination: Coordinate monthly sales and discount strategies across all channels, aiming for a 10% increase in monthly sales volume within 60 days.
  • 3P Marketplace Campaign Optimization: Increase sales by 20% across all 3P marketplaces with a focus on campaign optimization within 90 days.
  • Comprehensive SEO and Content Strategy: Achieve a 15% increase in organic search traffic and rank for 20 new keyword targets within 90 days. Implement a content calendar covering blog management, SEO initiatives, and social media campaigns.
  • Customer Support and Engagement: Integrate a customer support chat system and refine email support processes to improve customer satisfaction scores by 10% within 90 days.
  • Social Media Presence and Engagement: Increase followers by 20% and engagement rates by 25% on key social media platforms within 60 days. Execute 4 high-impact social media campaigns within 90 days.
  • Hiring & Team Composition: Strive for a 90% or greater hiring success rate and direct reports maintain an A rating monthly.
  • Leadership Excellence: Receive ratings of 7 or above on a 10-pt scale on surveys of direct reports in key competencies

Key Criteria/Requirements

  • Proven Experience in E-Commerce Growth: At least 7 years of experience in digital and growth marketing within e-commerce, with a successful and proven history of scaling businesses to over $25M in revenue through innovative strategies.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Multi-Channel Marketing: Proficiency in creating and executing marketing plans across SEO, paid search, social media, email, and affiliate channels to enhance growth and engagement.
  • Performance Metrics Mastery: Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics tools to measure marketing performance, set and exceed KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Strategic Vision and Creative Problem-Solving: Exceptional skill in developing innovative marketing strategies that convey the brand’s story, engage audiences, and drive significant growth.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrated leadership with a proven history of mentoring and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on excellence and accountability.
  • Project Management Excellence: Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering marketing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Experience in using project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
