Description:

SALES & MARKETING JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales

  • Engage with major clients by proposing various safety solutions.
  • Maintain business relationships with regular clients to ensure future sales.
  • Sales forecasting for the next few seasons, plan for new products & services accordingly, catering to client needs
  • Check Ariba/ SESAMI/ Gebiz/ Tender Board tenders, and update the team weekly
  • Reach out to clients and follow up the projects & quotations through cold calling
  • Record monthly sales and analyse the business trend, planning for new strategies
  • Sales coordination jobs: record the product serial number, issue product certificate, arrange product preparation & delivery
  • Answer email and phone call inquiries, receive walk-in customers
  • Support export sales team as a coordinator
  • Search for new clients and expand the client base
  • Ad hoc jobs assigned by the manager

Marketing

  • Conceptualize and develop visual design of company brochures, product catalogue, e-newsletter, and more marketing collaterals. Create presentation videos & slides for industrial exhibitions.
  • Organize marketing campaigns and promotional events, participate industrial safety exhibitions, building network and pushing up the product sales
  • Develop copies/ scripts for marketing and branding purposes. e.g., brochures, e-newsletter, and website material.
  • Manage and expand the contents of the website, increasing website visitors and sales leads.
  • Liaise with the agency to monitor SEO performance of the website. Keep the target keywords on 1st page of Google search engine.
  • Analyse the reports of Google Search Console & Google Analytics to adjust the marketing contents and to conduct customer segmentation, increasing brand awareness for the company
  • Manage the company business page on Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Google My Business
  • Control yearly marketing budgets and monitor marketing campaign outcomes, ensuring the KPI is reached
  • Ad hoc jobs assigned by the manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Required skills: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Premiere or iMovie, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wordpress
  • Basic knowledge of ERP system
  • Experience in construction industry will be an advantage
