JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for interior design. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire sales cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales duties at our showroom, with a focus on promoting loose furniture items that are in stock.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries, providing comprehensive information and assistance.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and present them with tailored design proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including assisting customers with product selection, interior design recommendations, and coordinating with other teams such as logistics, procurement, and project management.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including logistics partners, procurement teams, project managers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, generating invoices, compiling reports, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
