JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Industry/Organization Type: Trading & Logistics
  • Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
  • Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15 am – 5.15 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transportation Allowance + Commission
  • Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with prospective and current clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Generate quotations and deliver presentations highlighting product features and applications.
  • Forge new avenues of business, including innovative products, applications, and market segments.
  • Consistently input and monitor sales and quotation updates within the company’s CRM system.
  • Execute monthly sales assessments and provide detailed reports on performance metrics.
  • Analyze market share and competitor activities to inform strategic actions.
  • Update market share and competition activities and take necessary actions.
  • Carry out marketing initiatives such as trade shows and seminars to enhance brand recognition and product awareness.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary sales teams to achieve or surpass sales goals.
  • Verify that subsidiaries employ effective sales management practices, managing customer data and tracking interactions and market insights.
  • Ensure subsidiary sales personnel are proficient in product knowledge for autonomous sales activities, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct periodic visits to subsidiaries to assess business growth, support client engagements, and gather industry insights.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with subsidiaries to devise action plans that penetrate customer networks and promote T&L products effectively.
  • Explore new markets and conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and products.
  • Establish business relationships with vendors.
  • Assist management in the creation of proposals to obtain distributor rights and expand the business portfolio.
