JOB SCOPE:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Promotes and secures orders from existing and potential customers through a relationship-based approach
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for potential clients, ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Present and explain quotations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
• Schedule and arrange appointments with potential and existing customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability and prepare for meetings
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
• Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with technical support and service teams to resolve customer issues efficientlyPrepare regular sales and marketing reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management
