Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform Corporate & Individual Sales of training courses.
  • To grow the business by developing and executing marketing plans to deliver sales target:
  • Work closely with team to implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic such as through social media platforms
  • Conceptualise creative contents for social media and emailers
  • Design and adapt graphic designs, posters, flyers and other company collaterals for online usage and offline promptly.
  • Take charge of the company’s digital / social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Google Business, etc.), including execution of posting captivating and on-brand photos, stories, and promotions to engage our audience and community.
  • Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business.
  • Utilize advertising strategies based on the team’s direction to boost advertisements, maximizing reach and engagement with our target audience.
  • Develop impactful e-campaigns that meet KPIs (traffic, marketing budget, site experience etc.) by embracing marketing strategies and offline marketing plans.
  • Manage and ensure the company’s website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, and other related courses or experience.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing (Education and Vocational Training).
  • Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Prior experience on Google Ads / Facebook Ad tools will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solver
  • Good team player who can work independently
  • Proactive, self-driven and result oriented
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
