SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and offer customized solutions.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and identify areas for enhancement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the entire sales process.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries based on customer requirements.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager

Requirement

• Able to correspond with Chinese speaking associates and employees
• Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details
• Proficient with MS Office
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
