Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Liaise with overseas customers to market company’s products.
• Promote company products to new customers/markets.
• To coordinate with suppliers & factories on product specifications, prepare samples, shipment, and delivery etc. to ensure the orders are properly executed.
• Maintain continuous orders from & work to increase sales and product range with existing customers.
• Assist in products development.
• Maintain a strong relationship with customer and provide good after sales service to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.
• Prepare sale quotations, sale contract for customers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years export sales and marketing experience.
• Good knowledge of export procedures and/or incoterms.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be positive, proactive, detail-oriented with good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Willing to take business trips outside of Singapore to visit customers and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
