SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Able to work on the weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Create marketing communication plans, strategies, and budgets
• Develop and implement new effective sales plans and marketing strategies
• Generating new business leads
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Maintain and develop excellent business relationships with existing customers
• Identify potential partners and opportunities to cooperate and improve the current operations
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends and competitive activity
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
