Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, forward-thinking, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base. (They operate with independent brand names)
The candidate is also expected to build the weddings business as we own many historically prominent properties suitable for weddings and other social events.
Tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

(UK experience preferred)

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills (setting up a process with a review structure is a must)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and trends, especially in the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies spanning diverse business sectors, encompassing hotel chains, weddings, CRM, and other technological tools, with the aim of achieving company objectives and revenue targets across all operational domains.
  • Scout for fresh business prospects, forge partnerships, and explore innovative avenues to amplify the company’s market presence across all business verticals.
  • Lead and oversee the sales and marketing team, offering guidance, training, and assistance to ensure the delivery across a variety of KPIs.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns through various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to effectively promote our brand and product offerings.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive sales and nurture enduring partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Compile and deliver regular reports on sales performance, campaign updates, and ROI to senior management.
  • Alongside other senior Management, develop and produce SOPs for both the sales and marketing departments where they relate to the customer journey.
  • Provide consistent updates on targets.
