The role
To assist in the execution of the Bravado business plan with the overall goal to drive growth and achieve commercial targets in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be reporting to the Head of Bravado and General Manager of Bravado.

Sales

  • Deliver sales growth within Australia and New Zealand and drive sales volume to achieve and exceeding set sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and manage all sales administration associated with selected key accounts.
  • Continually identify future growth opportunities to achieve sustainable growth & profit targets and trends/issues that may impact on the business.
  • Manage sales reporting requirements. Analyse and accurately present sales reports and budgets to management.
  • Participate in the development of product ranges, revision and pricing policy relevant to key retail partners.

Business Support

  • Assist Sales team with daily comms/enquires.
  • Sales orders data upload into Salesforce to assist with report/dashboard creation.
  • Creating and managing style packs for confirmed orders and filing folders by retailer.
  • Creating and managing sold story boards by retailer for sales team/ Management of external partner asset libraries.
  • Coordinate 3rd party licence approval process

Product

  • Develop strategies to integrate new product categories into existing sales structure. Whilst identifying new opportunities to expand Bravado’s reach in new and non-traditional markets.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop trend presentations to present to buyers.
  • Liaise with buyers, QA and planners from respective retail partners.

Strategy

  • Execution of Business Strategy, ensure alignment across the business strategic goals and then drive the execution.
  • Collaborate with General Manager on annual business planning.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers and assist with key account development.
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategies to secure distribution for new licenses opportunities.

About you

  • Professional candidate who has exposure/understanding of product development/sales and marketing within fashion retail and licensing.
  • +3 years fashion experience in an account management/BDM position with fashion apparel and/or licensing business
  • Business savvy with a strong understanding of financials and business analysis
  • Budgetary understanding of cost centres.
  • An ability to deliver innovative, creative and visionary retail strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong administrations skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure and uses initiative to find solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving target.
  • Demonstrated sales, relationship management skills.
  • Strong communications skills – written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of business.
