Responsibilities:

ROLE & BUSINESS OVERVIEW

To support our Heatmiser business within IMI Hydronic Engineering, we are looking for a Sales Office Assistant to cover a period of Maternity, based at our site in Blackburn, Lancashire UK.
In this role you will join our Sales/Order Handling and will support our customers on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in a fast-paced team, you will answer telephone calls, deal with internal and external emails and issue orders onto the system
  • Liaise pro-actively with our customers and internal teams regarding customer orders, pricing and quotes and resolving customer queries
  • Listen to customer feedback and pass on accordingly, always striving to improve
