Our client is committed to fostering a dynamic and motivated team to drive sales and meet customer needs and you as the Sales Office Manager, will be responsible for leading and managing the team of Sales Advisors, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of sales office experience.
- Previous experience in the Sports or Health & Fitness industry with knowledge of gym and fitness equipment highly regarded.
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Very well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience managing multiple KPIs and high-volume business operations.
- An upbeat, friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Support day-to-day sales, commercial, and people management duties.
- Drive sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective team leadership and customer service.
- Motivate and engage the team to achieve sales targets through effective communication and support.
- Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained in the sales office at all times.
- Manage sales office order conversions and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure a seamless 5-star customer journey from start to finish.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct team training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
