Sales & Operation Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

• Handle all sales related activities and documentation
• Process and coordinate customer’s order
• Liaise and coordinate with customers to ensure efficient pre-sales and post-sales service
• Generate quotation, attendance sheet, sales invoices, etc.
• Update customers’ and cleaners’ portfolio
• Prepare and maintain customer’s monthly invoicing
• Prepare cleaners’ attendance for their wages (both full-timers & part-timers)
• Schedule and handle deployment of cleaners (both full-timers & part-timers)
• To work closely with operation team (cleaners) and liaise between other departments on invoices and wages
• Provide administrative and clerical support to sales and operations team, maintain a comprehensive and update filing system
• Support month end closing activities
• Support online and offline marketing
• Any other related administrative duties assigned by Superiors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• Min. 1 year of working experience in related fields (Preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to execute and orchestrate any last-minute changes or details to function
• Able to work independently
• Candidates who are hands-on preferred
• Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
