Description:

Responsible for the administration of sales, human resources, accounts payable, receivable and costs involved in the operation. Responsible for the entire process of programming and importing products, for all storage, transport, and distribution of the company’s products, ensuring the correct response to customer demands, contributing to the evolution of business results and to the strengthening of the institutional image.

  • Be responsible for all administrative area related to sales.
  • Plan and organize sales forecast
  • Keep the customer database up to date.
  • Processing and archiving documentation.
  • Manage sales processes, quotations, commercial proposals, sales reports, customer analysis and orders in the system.
  • Monitor and develop sales and expenses reports.
  • To be responsable for the import processes.
  • Monitor operations and support all sales representatives.
  • Record customer demands and forward them to the responsible sector.
  • Be part of the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Strongly work with the accounting consultancy to reduce costs.
  • Work on the issuance of invoices and fiscal control.
  • Assist the local purchasing process;
  • Be responsible for planning purchases with local suppliers.
  • Acting with material inventory control, stock replenishment, order fulfillment monitoring, developing good interpersonal relationships with different areas and negotiation with suppliers.
  • Develop, structure and schedule projects aimed at national and international transport logistics, aiming at improving processes and reducing logistics costs.
  • Be responsible for all material planning and the entire product import process
