Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Your insights will support strategic decision-making across the sales team.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to our sales processes, tools, and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and manage comprehensive sales KPIs and reports to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of sales initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide analytical support, report on sales metrics, and assist in opportunity analysis.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to inform our sales strategy, keeping abreast of trends and competitor activity in emerging markets.
