Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and strategies. As a key liaison between sales, technology, and strategy, you’ll spearhead initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the product owner for sales technologies including HubSpot, Lusha, and Apollo, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives for sales process optimization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute sales planning and strategy initiatives to support the achievement of business targets and objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Evaluate and onboard new sales tools, leveraging emerging technologies to empower the sales team and drive performance.
  • Utilize sales forecasting techniques and methodologies to provide accurate predictions and insights into future sales performance.
  • Conduct in-depth sales analytics, extracting actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide support for the launch of Red USA, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a successful market entry and alignment with sales objectives.
