Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business-related focus
- 5-8 years of experience creating/updating/running sales or revenue reporting; 2+ years of experience creating sales reporting within Salesforce.com
- Strong analytical, communication scheduling and organizational skills
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to work with teams globally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present technical and business solution concepts to all levels across functional domains (both technical and non-technical audiences) from a business perspective, while developing the specifications that can be understood and implemented by the technical team
- Strong desire to keep current on new technologies that push the limits of what we can do creatively
- Proactive- Must want to seek out information and solutions that are pertinent to their responsibilities and key to their delivery
- Team player attitude with a focus on the success of the team is a MUST
- Proactively collaborates with other team members across global time zones with the utmost professionalism, tact and resolve

Responsibilities:
- Support sales team to meet sales targets
- Data collection and maintenance
- Provide requested reports, make updates and provide recommendations when necessary
- Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work
- Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales operations productivity and effectiveness
- Create comprehensive dashboards and automated metrics reports for sales and performance metrics, revenue, renewal rates, etc.
- Provide data, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support sales force monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Provide extensive and detailed data analysis of revenue trends/variances to goals and communicate to sales operations managers
- Utilizes understanding of sales operations to detect emerging customer or market trends and help determine how the business can meet those opportunities and challenges to drive greater sales success
