Arrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base.
  • Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.
  • Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing.
  • Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.
  • Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.
