  • Strong background in sales operations or related field
  • Prior experience coordinating sales activities or teams Industry experience in Pharmaceutical/Health & Wellness/FMCG
  • Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of data standards.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of GS1 standards for barcoding and product identification Proficiency in National Product Catalogues, and expertise in master data management.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM

The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Operations Manager in various aspects of sales operations. This encompasses efficient data management, ensuring the upkeep of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, providing assistance to the field sales team, managing the order processing workflow, overseeing communications within the team and with external stakeholders, as well as coordinating events related to sales activities. Responsibilities also extend to collaborating with regulatory and NPC data maintenance teams, overseeing NPC Master Data coordination, and handling GS1 account functions, including invoicing and budget tracking. This multifaceted position is instrumental in streamlining processes removing barriers and enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assisting in the maintenance of the CRM system by updating customer records and ensuring data integrity
  • Facilitating the processing of sales orders and ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Provide relief for Field Sales Team absences
  • Support Sales Operations Manager in execution of Sales & Marketing Conference
  • Support Field Sales Manager with field requests Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents or presentations
  • Manage barcode generation, barcode changes and barcode testing with GS1
  • Manage NPC product information submission
  • Coordinate product information with artwork team and operations team
  • Manage Packcentre inventory, place POS orders, add receivers Check and approve
  • Task Requests Manage email distribution lists and weChat groups Support team with event planning and execution (trade events, customer conferences, internal meetings) Manage all non-channel specific invoices
