Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Engineer to work alongside our VP Sales and VP Finance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and finance teams, providing insights and driving value to help the company identify growth opportunities. Tasks

  • By auditing, optimizing our CRM system and sales processes, you will directly contribute to smoother operations, enabling our sales team to work more efficiently.
  • Through your expertise in data analysis and reporting, you’ll provide insights that support strategic decision-making, helping to shape the future direction of our sales strategies and company growth.
  • By identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient sales processes and training, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving our sales team’s performance, directly impacting our revenue and market position.
  • Your role in facilitating ongoing support and training for the sales team not only bolsters their skills and knowledge but also fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the company.
  • By staying updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices in sales operations, you will be responsible in implementing solutions that keeps our sales infrastructure agile.

Requirements

  • Hands on: A proactive approach to directly applying solutions and improvements within our sales processes and Hubspot.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate with and coach the sales team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to understand and work with data, provide insights and to create reports and dashboards using Tableau.
  • Data organization and attention to detail: A commitment to maintaining clean and accurate data.

Your salary: We transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.
The salary band for this role in Germany is: 50.850 - 65.000 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
We are in the process of rolling out salary bands in job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and your skills & experience during the interview process, we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
