Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Sales or related field
- Semiconductor or Vacuum equipment back ground will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient n Microsoft Excel is a minimum requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective team player who can also work independently
- Keen to learn with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate quotation based on customer enquiry and follow up quote approval process
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Issue and verify sales order
- Maintain and upkeep sales and customers records
- Work close with Planning and Logistics teams to achieve deliverables
- Communicate deliverables to customers on a regular basis
- Discuss equipment requirements with customers
