The Sales and Operations Executive will be working in our Jurong East office and is responsible for sales and operational aspects of our Company.
REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and operations.
- Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- It is advantageous to have a strong background in the sales process, business, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers, sales volume, and forge strategic partnerships.
- Perform daily visits to clinics to promote and demonstrate the product to doctors and introduce our product as an advanced alternative.
- Develop tailored proposals and quotes that meet the specific needs of potential doctors and partners, highlighting our value proposition.
- Propose and execute effective go-to-market strategies that are in line with the company’s objectives, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales efforts are supported by well-aligned marketing strategies and promotional activities, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Address and follow up customer inquiries and issues promptly, from the first interaction to after-sales service and account management, ensuring customers have a positive experience and view the Company as a provider of quality service.
- Provide regular reports to management with insights and updates on market trends and sales performance.
- Keep updated on the latest product developments and SmartCMS regulations.
- Carry out thorough market and competitive analysis to spotlight our unique selling points.
- Collect, analyse, and summarize customer feedback and user experiences to inform ongoing improvements and innovations in our product offerings.
