SALES OPERATIONS INTERN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team in managing processes and tools, particularly in Salesforce and Clari. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that our orders are accurately processed through to invoicing, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Clari is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Responsibilities:

You will be having a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Provide support to the sales team in Salesforce and Clari, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and management.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to ensure that orders are correctly processed and invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales/sales operations processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to sales processes and procedures.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing sales performance.
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving the way we do business.
