Meet Your Team: Business Operations
We tackle data from every angle, optimizing ad campaigns through ROAS and retention analysis and deconstructing user engagement in publisher apps. Our goal is to help hundreds of advertisers and publishers maximize their campaign or monetization performance. With a data-driven approach to every decision, we’re always looking for new ways to innovate and achieve success.

What You Will Do

  • Manage technology and tools
  • Oversee the applied tools including our CRM system and ensure its optimal utilization for sales activities and reporting.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and reporting to provide insights and recommendations for sales performance improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence: Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Understand the evolving AdTech landscape and identify new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the AdTech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing sales processes and driving sales performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in a CRM software, as well as proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry and adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.
