Description:
The Company: We’re partnering with a San Francisco headquartered, global software company, looking to expand their sales functions in the UK. They’re back backed by top-tier investors and their customer list include the who’s who of the fortune 100. The Role: The a seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the Senior Sales leadership in driving results and providing insights for the newly created mid-market team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in the Sales, Sales Support/Operations or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
- Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills
- Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
- Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, should be a problem solver
- Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
- Hands on mentality, proactivity and great attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, esp. Excel is required, SalesForce.com.
- A general understanding of Tableau / Power BI is beneficial

Responsibilities:
- Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting as well as quarterly insights
- Pipeline management and hygiene
- Establish processes and SLAs, build SFDCs dashboards for sales managers, and provide training on how to use
- Support the forecasting process, including analysis of changes in position
- Provide database analysis to support GTM strategy
