In this role, you will work closely with our “GPHE Service” while organizationally be part of the GPHE S&OP team. This is where we focus on product, demand, supply and inventory planning for our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) business. To date, our S&OP focus has been on capital sales of complete units. Now it’s time to add the after sales and spare part business in a formal setup which is why we are hiring a S&OP Manager for spare parts. Since it’s a new position and new scope, the role includes both implementing and then running the process.
As our S&OP manager, your focus will include:
- Implement and Drive the S&OP spare part process for the products owned by GPHE.
- Impact assessment and improvement analysis.
- Information coordination.
- Analysis and insights.
- Drive demand planning with relevant BU’s.
- E2E spare parts S&OP process responsibility incl. continuous improvement in alignment with overall S&OP process.
- Escalate any unsolved gaps to the GPHE executive S&OP forum.
About you:
You’re curious about everything: how things work and how they can work better. Highly technical and with an eye for detail, you’ll bring a thorough approach that drives sales. The nature of the role leads to the need for a set of skills that are technical, as well as analytical. These skills may have been achieved through education (University Degree within business administration, supply chain management (SCM) or related technical discipline), experience and/or certification programs. Experience from implementing Supply Chain Planning processes or similar is seen as a benefit.
As a person you are pro-active and take responsibility for driving your initiatives to a great result. You are a good relation-builder and cooperate on all levels of the business. You have experience in both reporting and data analysis and, are fluent in the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
