Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…
- Work closely with sales team as business partner to understand market trend and customer insights to be able to translate data into meaningful action to drive growth.
- Be responsible for monthly forecast and lead the monitoring and measuring of sales performance against targets
- Perform data analysis, identify patterns, verify assumptions using Business Intelligence data visualization tools, convert insight into actionable tactics or good practices for execution by the SEA Sales teams
- Build and maintain dashboards on Microsoft Power BI
- Partner APAC Sales Effectiveness in measuring sales development metrics to execute sales process optimization
- Partner Finance in providing data support to simulate program/promotion ROI
- Partner Marketing in providing data support to evaluate program/promotion effectiveness
- Take on other duties as assigned
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED …
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations/Sales Excellence
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and interfaces and proficiency in Salesforce
- Demonstrated analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills as a team player
- Embrace changes with a positive outlook
