Sales & Ops Analyst

Job Description:
The Sales Analyst will assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple function groups and business units.

Though data and reports, to identify opportunities and challenges within business units, and ultimately provide recommendations that help achieve the Company’s goals.

• Work closely with the Sales team to set up new merchant accounts and systems according to each merchant’s requirements.
• Provide installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of payment terminal or eCommerce gateway.
• Analyse, co-ordinate and resolve technical issues associated with new installation of products or services.
• Resolve merchant requests in a timely matter and respond to enquiries via phone and/or emails.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for internal team or/and management meetings, with analysis reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of merchant onboarding & improve Customer Relationship Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework in the process of acquiring new business.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree/Diploma in business, finance, computer science, information technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations with specific industry expertise in eCommerce, payments, credit/debit cards, QR code payments or banking
• Good knowledge of standards and concepts including ISO8583, EMV, PCI-DSS Data Encryption.
• Strong interpersonal skills with keen attention to details and customer service oriented.
• Self-motivated and pro-active with a hands-on attitude. Comfortable with ambiguity in start-up environment where learning is unlimited.
• Strong knowledge with marketplaces, e-commerce and other relevant industry is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in speaking and reading in English and Mandarin.
