Description:

Sales Order Management Associate is responsible to assist the Sales Department in encoding orders, preparing reports, and assisting in documentation practices by effectively and efficiently performing assigned functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business related courses
  • With at least 1 to 2 years experience
  • Working knowledge on SAP or Netsuite is an advantage
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping, and computing skills for the sale support role
  • Has good organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Well-versed in operating MS Office programs and external apps such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Canva and their Google Suite counterparts

Responsibilities:

  • Assist account specialist to do their job effectively.
  • Provide details of the customers’ orders and requests for quotations.
  • Answer phone calls or respond to emails from clients on behalf of sales specialists who are out of the office.
  • Handle incoming orders from account specialist, telephone, e-mail, and online ordering.
  • Encode order information to the company’s system, make sure it contains the correct pricing, discount percentage, and product specifications.
  • Check stock availability/delivery schedules and forward the order details to warehouse department.
  • Create and maintain customer records, update information once there are changes.
  • Analyze order data and optimize order fulfillment processes.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement efforts.
  • Record customer problems or complaints so that account specialists and managers have a complete picture of the customers’ interactions with the company and for future reference.
