Nestled in the heart of the leafy East, our client has a great reputation within the property sales market.
We are now searching for a passionate, goal orientated and committed Sales PA strong in providing top customer service. You will work alongside a leading agent, where you will learn all things residential sales.
Your day-to-day duties would include the following;
- Diary Management – Booking appointments
- Liaising with the marketing & administration team
- Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitors
- Data entry
- Scheduling and assisting with open inspections
- Vendor reports
- Vendor/listing ‘service’ management – assisting with campaign preparation
- Preparation of sale documentation and processing for the admin team
- Attend / coordinate pre-settlement | Pest & Building inspections
