JOB SUMMARY

As a Product Specialist on our Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the B2C sales process for a specific brand. You will be engaging in market and technical product research, and building strong client relationships.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors / Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with client
  • Product knowledge and the ability to present technical information in a clear and cohesive manner
  • Prior experience in B2C sales and Design background is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific brand
  • Assist in technical product research and involved in the review process with the design team
  • Incharge of day-to-day operations and activities which includes administering everything related to said brand e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales and arranging for delivery
  • Conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
  • Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional events and overseeing social media marketing
  • Liaise with other staff(s) involved in USM sales across related channels
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
