DETAILS
- Department: Dispensary of Hope Distribution Center
- Schedule: Full Time/Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Location: Mostly Remote - Living in TN is strongly preferred due to quarterly on-site meetings in Nashville, TN
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Responsibilities:
The Dispensary of Hope Sales Program Coordinator coordinates and/or leads assigned program(s).
- Monitor program plans, schedules and budgets. Recommend alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.
- Coordinate, organize and support program promotions to targeted audience.
- Document and track program progress compared to goals.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, materials and presentations to support program leaders.
- Coordinate and/or lead program tasks as assigned.
