About the Role :

  • Coordinate sales strategies
  • Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up
  • Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations
  • Create and manage production schedules
  • Assist with RFP responses
  • Monitor project costs
  • Create and maintain project documents
  • Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs

Who We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in construction coordination experience
  • Estimating and take-off experience
  • Basic math skills for invoicing
