We are a “Make a Difference” Business Coaching organization that has scaled to over 1000 offices in 86 countries over the past 31 years.
We are seeking achievement oriented Business-to-Business Lead Generation and Sales Professionals to sell our full array of Business Coaching, Business Education, Business Planning, Business Valuation & Employee Assessment Services that range in price from $200/month to over $18,000/month.
We are in the process of building the largest business coaching firm in the world here in the DFW area and are adding a number of Sales Representatives. You will be engaging the owners of privately-held small & medium businesses and the company executives of large corporations in the DFW area.
Your role is to have prospective clients say YES to accepting the gift of a Strategic Planning Session with one of our Certified Business Specialists to create a Strategic Focus Map and Updated 3-Year Strategic Plan. The Certified Business Specialist will determine what programs or services are the best fit for the client now through the development of the client’s unique Map & Plan. The total “sales cycle” is 1-2 weeks, so you will be paid your bonuses quickly. Our Conversion Rate is typically 75%. There is no cap on your compensation…you determine how much bonus you make each pay cycle.

YOUR COMPENSATION INCLUDES A BASE SALARY PLUS BONUSES PAID TWICE PER MONTH. SUCCESSFUL TEAM MEMBERS WILL HAVE A 6-FIGURE TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION. BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED ALSO.
