Pay is 100% commission structure.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in New Home Sales.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and customer relationship management or accounting software (Hubspot, NewStar etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customers. Consult with prospective customers to assess their needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain relationships with customers throughout the home buying process and ensure their expectations are accurately relayed and priced.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting sales to existing customers and by identifying/soliciting potential customers.
- Find new and creative ways to market yourself and our homes to drive traffic while maintaining Qualico’s reputation.
- Remain up-to-date with the specifications and ongoing promotions of market competitors, customer needs and market trends.
- Liaise with the project management team throughout the building process to ensure the customer’s requirements are met and clearly communicated.
- Supervise, develop and provide guidance to Sales Assistants. Ensure clear direction is given and that work is carried out in a safe manner.
