Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or equivalent, preferably in the DIY/ consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated and result-driven with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Danish and English is mandator
Responsibilities:
OUR ROLE
Are you a driven and passionate sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team and represent the renowned Fiskars brand in Denmark.
This position is based in the Copenhagen area or Jylland and requires travelling 3-4 days per week. You will report to our Sales Director and work closely with our Local commercial team in Denmark.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the designated territory
- Actively seek out and engage with our customers to drive sales growth
- Present and promote Fiskars products to retailers, distributors, and end-users
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers to ensure the optimal use and understanding of Fiskars products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
