WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
To be successful in this role, there are a few things that we are looking for. This is by no means an exhaustive list, if you do not meet most or all of these points, we still encourage you to apply.
- You have a proven track record of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account executive roles, a bonus if you have experience in the Healthcare or Agetech industry.
- You have experience facilitating product demos.
- Critical thinking drives your decision making and you are excited about the opportunities to showcase, present and guide customers.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re able to have effective conversations no matter who the audience is.
- You are energized by a crowd, whether small or large and speaking on what you’re passionate about comes easy to you.
- A bonus if you have experience with building proposals and presentations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN OUR PROCESS:
Step 1: Selected candidates will meet with our Recruiter, Kate Chen, for a 30-minute Teams interview. Kate wants to learn more about your experience and what you’re looking for in the next step in your career. Do some research on Pontosense - why are you interested in working here?
Step 2: You’ll meet with Muxin Ma, our COO, for a 60-minute Teams interview.
Step 3: You will meet with Alex Qi, our CEO, for a 30-minute Teams interview. If you are local, this interview may be in person at our Waterloo or Toronto office.
