Sales Representative
Icebreaker is looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team based in Germany, Bavaria.

You as Sales Representative will bring Icebreaker in Bavaria to life.
You will lead and ultimately be responsible to ensure all opportunities in the area of sales, marketing, product and operations are heard and quantified, being a strategic support to our customer and showing up in the field of clinics, events and other activations. Your awareness for our future and our planet makes you a perfect team mate on our move to natural, sharing our vision to be the first and leading plastic free performance brand in the world.
How You Will Make a Difference
Manage and develop the assigned territory through regular in-store visits, key partnerships and effective communication;
Support of all customers within the territory;
Active acquisition of new customers;
Achieving targets for turnover, extraordinary items, pre-order;
Editing and management of market analyses and reports;
Controlling and update of relevant sale documents and implementation into customer concepts;
Organization and leading of events in cooperation with our Tec Reps at selected retailers, like product trainings, test events;
Attendance at Sales meetings and sport and outdoor events and expos.
